My story

I'm David Jones, founder of TAOD โ€“ The Awakening of Death.๐Ÿ’™

My work is about helping people break free from the patterns that keep them stuck, whether that's anxiety, addiction, trauma, people-pleasing, low self-worth or the effects of a difficult past.๐Ÿ’™

Drawing from my own lived experience alongside training in EFT, CBT, mindfulness, breathwork, inner child healing and nervous system regulation, I offer a compassionate, practical approach that helps people feel safe in their bodies, reconnect with themselves and create lasting change.๐Ÿ’™

I believe healing isn't about fixing what's broken โ€“ it's about remembering who you were before life taught you to survive.๐Ÿ’™

My mission is to empower people to move from fear to freedom, so they can live with greater peace, purpose and authenticity.๐Ÿ’™

I'm also the author of, 'The Awakening of Death' and do a lot of work around death, physically and metaphorically and focus on rebirth.๐Ÿ’™
